Returns

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Process

2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is securely packaged.
3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

2. Mild Soap and Water: For more stubborn dirt or oils, you can use a mild soap (like dish soap) diluted in lukewarm water. Dip the cloth in the soapy water, wring it out well, and gently wipe the crystal. Avoid soaking porous or delicate crystals.
3. Rinsing and Drying: Rinse the crystal under lukewarm water to remove any soap residue. Use a soft cloth to dry it thoroughly, ensuring no water spots are left.
4. Special Care: Some crystals are sensitive to water or acidic substances. Research specific cleaning methods for delicate crystals like selenite or malachite to avoid damage.
5. Energetic Cleansing: Besides physical cleaning, many believe in energetic cleansing methods like smudging with sage, placing under moonlight or sunlight, or using sound vibrations (e.g., singing bowls) to clear negative energies.
